By accessing or using aivoratechlabs.com or any AIVORA TechLabs service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

AIVORA provides technology consulting and implementation services (including AI, ERP, custom software, cloud, cybersecurity and compliance) and software products such as AIVORA Comply360. Specific engagements are governed by separate signed agreements or order forms which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of AIVORA TechLabs Global Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For paid engagements, IP ownership of deliverables is defined in the applicable statement of work.

• Do not use the website or services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks or data.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the website or introduce malware.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer or misuse content, APIs or data feeds.

Fees for services are set out in the applicable order form or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may attract interest as permitted by law.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own, and will use it only for the purposes of the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

We provide services with reasonable care and skill and in line with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you to AIVORA for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

The website and services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (such as Zoho, monday.com and Odoo). AIVORA is not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe may harm AIVORA, our clients or third parties. Termination of any engagement is otherwise governed by the applicable signed agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hubli, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any different jurisdiction expressly agreed in a signed engagement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
